The IT Problem Report Management System

The IT problem reporting system uses the Gnats Problem Report Management System. We have made a number of changes both to gnats itself and the front end web interface. The interface is based on wwwgnats from Dan Kegel to which we have made a large number of modifications. Details of these modifications can be found here .

Version 2

Version 2.0 of the CERN modified wwwgnats is now available as a beta release. There is an on-line demonstration and details of the modifications can be found here . This version is based on Gnats V3.100 which is a beta release of what will be V4 (this is newer than version 3.2 - the previous release was 3.99).
